Merry Christmas everyone! I hope everyone had a lovely christmas, I sure did. I love this time of year and I love being nosey and seeing what everybody else got for Christmas, so I thought id share what I received also! (Disclaimer I am not bragging bla bla ect)

Everybody was so so generous as always and i was extremely spoilt so i won’t include all the little bits like shampoos and candles, however everything i received i absolutely loved.

Lets crack on…

Everyone I know knows I love my makeup, so every year I get a generous amount! These are some of my favourites I got this year.

My company is always good to us, and this year they got me the a Marc Jacobs mascara and Marc Jacobs Flesh & Fantasy blush, and it is beauuutiful! I have been using it as a blush, however its got a slight shimmer so could be used as a natural highlight. But as a blush it gives a glowy blush colour which I think is perfect for winter when you can be looking a little pale. I also got Mac global glow, which is an all round favourite! I also got the Mac Nutcracker eyeshadow palette, which is a lovely neutral palette, I like this because its small and compact and with the mix of matte and shimmer it’ll be perfect for trips away for travelling. I also got this lip scrub and balm, this is sold in superdrug and at the moment its something silly like 49p, but its amazing. Its just like the lush lip scrubs but 1% of the price! Ill defiantly be topping up on that.

AHHHHH!! Can we take a moment to appreciate how pretty the Urban Decay Moondust pallet is.. and the colour pay off is amazing. I will be reviewing this palette so i can show u switched and eye looks because everybody needs this palette. That is all that needs to be said.

I also got some goodies from Pandora. Which always goes down well. My mummy added to my essence for me, which was a lovely surprise as although I have mentioned I wanted these two I never thought anyone was listening to me lol. But I’m halfway to my bracelet being complete, all i need now is 2 pearl ones to break up the pink and I will be a happy bean! Although I have loads of jewellery, I didn’t have a nice jewellery box, just a jewellery tree which Id hang everything off. However, my sister bought me the beautiful new Pandora Jewellery box. Its leather and like a grey colour, she got me smaller one however they do a bigger one which would be for major jewellery collectors. Its so beautiful and has a huge mirror in the lid with different compartments and even a stick for Pandora charms. Such a thoughtful gift and if there are any left i highly recommend to everyone.

I also received these cute little pom pom hats, they are super jazzy and great for any girly girl. These where from a stand at the Birmingham Clothes show, so i can’t seem to find them anywhere however i’m sure they could be made from a plain bobble hat!

I have wanted these for soooo long!! And my boyfriend actually listened to me! I have the original tan colour timberland, but as they are a winter boot they are pretty much brown from muddy walks and very awkward to clean, so black is definitely a good colour. I have always loved timberlands as they last years and are so sturdy, however I would not recommend running for the bus in them. Disaster. I defiantly think having black means they will go with a lot more and they are very trendy. Thanks B!

Finally I was lucky enough to receive this little beauty. A limited edition Gucci clutch which was gifted by my boyfriend. Its so nice to have luxury bags and clothing and makes it extra special when it is gifted to you. I will  be saving this for best and think the quirky slogan will defiantly add a cool touch to a plain outfit!

I am so so so grateful for everything I received this year and super chuffed with everything! I hope you was all spoilt rotten too, and please share in the comments what you got nice!

So I recently when out for the evening, and the makeup I did was one of my faves. So I thought id share details with you

For my base i used YSL Touche Clate foundation, i love this especially in the winter as my skin gets extremely dry around my nose and eyebrows. you could use this and powder but i like the dewy look its gives me. I concealed with Nars Creamy Concealer in Custard, and set it with Laura Mercia translucent setting powder. I contoured with Chanel Sol De Tan (holy grail) and went over that lightly with Benefit Hoola! For my cheeks i used Mac Peaches, and now for my secret weapon…
This week i discovered a new highlighter, which i used on my brow bone and cheek bones, and honestly its a game changer. First i used ‘That Glow’ ABH glow kit, then on top the Topshop highlight in Mother Of Pearl, its a pink iridescent shade with slight glitter so you have to be light handed.

For my brows i use ABH Dip brow in Medium Brown, and set those with HD Browns Gel.
I then use NYX HD concealer in the lightest shade, the highlight the brow bone and as a base for my eye shadow. I used the ABH Modern Renassance pallette, using the pink colours in the crease and blowing them out, i used the dark purple in the outer crease to darken it up and under the eye. Inglot gel for the liner which i winged out, and the same highlight up my brow as i used on my cheeks. I used Benefit Push Up Roller lash for my lashes and Ardell demi-wispies for my lashes.

I finished it off with Whirl Lipliner and lipstick and then patted the top shop highlighter on top to add a shimmer.

I loved doing this look and I may have to do a tutorial!
