New Year New Goals

Am I the only one who every year makes a huge list of new year resolutions just to fob it off after a month… or maybe a week.

However I’ve decided that this year, is my year. For real.

So here are my goals, which I will actually stick to, that are achievable for myself and everyone maybe with a little adjusting. I hope you can all relate to this and Happy New Year!

Healthier lifestyle

Now when i say healthier, I don’t mean dry fish and dry rice every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I mean stop eating so much rubbish. I won’t lie, I have the unhealthiest diet, way to many takeaways and fizzy pop. I will be cutting down the take aways to 1 night a week and only eating out 2… this is gonna be a hard one because I love my curries and Chinese, however I’m going to change this to home made curries and Chinese which I’ve tried before and I must say are just as nice. And cheaper! Taking care of your body is a must, and I starting now. Never late then never whoops.

Water

Another major bad habit of mine is fizzy pop, I bloody love fizzy pop. And I know its so bad for your skin and body! I do try drinking water just not enough SO. Its happening, I’m gonna aim for the litre a day. To make it easier I’ve bought a funky 1 litre bottle so I know if I’ve drank the whole bottle I’ve done it. Easy.

Travel

Ive always wanted to see the world, and I’ve done well so far thanks to beautiful holidays with my family. However I want to see more cities! So 2017 is going to be the year I see the worlds cities, even if its just for 3 days at a time. This is one I’m super excited for.

Be more organized

I am most probably the most un-organized person you would ever meet. Ill be free all year and still double book with friends, I’ll have to be somewhere for 6 and get there for 9 and the type of person to put something somewhere so safe, it’ll never be found again. Yes, I’m one of them. But this is all going to change this year, and to help me to this I will religiously use a diary. I have never realised how useful they actually are, and you can get them for all different lifestyles and jobs. Im telling you this is going to be my year.

SAVE!££££

After seeing my sister move out this year and how proud and happy they are, I am determined to start saving early for a deposit on a house. Although I am only young and will not be moving out for a good 5 years, whats stopping me from saving now. It will mean ill have to save less when it comes to it, and this will defiantly make the whole process less stressful. Even if its only £100 a month, thats £6000 in 5 years. Thats nearly half a deposit. These days it is so hard to get on the property ladder as a young person, and its only going to get harder and more expensive. So whats wrong with being prepared? I definably won’t regret it.

I hope this has helped you guys and I will be blogging to let you know how I’ve been getting on…

Happy New Year, make it the best one yet!
